STUDY HALL IS BACK & AT A NEW LOCATION!
We’re so excited to bring STUDY HALL to Ego Lab Studios! This session will feature two amazing guest speakers: Sergio Lopez-Rivera and Jeanha Joo.
Hear behind-the-scenes stories and insights firsthand! Sergio Lopez-Rivera is an Academy Award-Winning TV & Film Make-Up Artist and personal to Viola Davis. Jeanha Joo is one of the co-founders of PlayLab Beauty, an in-store and online boutique that showcases some of the most innovative skincare and makeup from Asia.
Created by Local 706 Make-Up Artist, Shannon Trigger , STUDY HALL is a chance to connect with the community and gain perspectives from different corners of the industry. Whether you’re a working professional, freelancer, student or just starting out in the beauty industry, you’re welcome here!

Garage Gifting*:
Garage Gifting is a fun way to pass along beauty products, tools, and accessories you’re no longer using so they can find a new home. Think of it like a community swap!
When you arrive, you’ll place the products you're gifting on the “Garage Gifting” table and at the end of the event everyone will be invited to pick out products to take home based on the number you draw at random! (Zero pressure to bring anything, you’re welcome to join in regardless!)
Gifting Guidelines:
Products can be open; must be mostly full/not expired
Categories include: Hair (tools/product), Makeup, Skincare, Organization, Bags, Tools
Space will be limited but we will do this again!
Please limit your gifting to 25 items max :)
Parking:
+Free Street Parking on Ellis Ave but space is limited!
+Local Garage (Parking Rates Apply)
+Ride-share is always encouraged :)
Cancellations:
We understand life/work happens. For up to 24-hours notice you have the option to cancel with a full refund. We do not refund for cancellations within 24-hours of the event.
